Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,Only registered guests are allowed on the premise. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or party size visitors are not allowed.
- Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, Ask for approval.
- All devices have to be ON at all time, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, we will send team member onsite to have it fixed and after hours rate at $150 apply to guests
- Please keep noise to a minimum at all time, quiet hour after 10pm.
- No smoking in the house.
- No Events or Parties allowed.
- Parking is limited to 2 cars max.
- Please do not use our towels to remove makeups, or anything would cause stains.
- Please wear indoor footwear inside the house.
- Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose.
