Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Welcome! Please review these rules for a smooth and enjoyable stay. For questions, message me through the booking portal.
- 1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-out: 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee. After 12 PM, a full day’s rate applies.
- Early or late check-out must be arranged in advance.
- 2. No Parties or Events
- Strictly prohibited. Violation results in eviction without refund and a $1,000 fee + security/police call out fee.
- 3. No Smoking
- Smoking indoors incurs a $250 cleaning fee.
- 4. No Pets
- Pets are not allowed. Violations incur an extra cleaning fee.
- 5. Noise Curfew
- Quiet hours: 7 PM – 7 AM. Noise complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
- 6. Damages & Lost Items
- Report damages immediately.
- Items left behind are stored for 2 weeks. Pickup is free; shipping costs $50 + postage + GST
- 7. Keys & Lockouts
- Lost keys: $500 fee (locks replaced).
- Lockout assistance: $50 ($150 after hours).
- 8. No Unregistered Guests
- Unauthorized guests incur a $100 fee per person, and bookings may be cancelled without refund.
- 9. No Illegal Substances
- Illegal substances result in eviction without refund.

- - Baby items available upon request for a fee.
