Smoking is only permitted off site and away from all common areas. - Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans, and RVs are not permitted. - Pets are not permitted in short term rental properties. Service animals are permitted with prior notification and required documentation. - Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals, and property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. - Long term rentals of 30 nights or more require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval.
