Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.
Cedars 1412 has a great patio for enjoying your morning coffee while planning your day in the Tetons. Conveniently located near the front of the Aspens development, you’ll find this charming one bedroom condo cozy and comfortable. The living room features new flooring, a beautiful stone fireplace and a dining area that seats 6 which is open to the fully equipped kitchen. There’s a queen bedroom with a full bath and laundry room. You can sleep an additional 3 people on the queen sofa sleeper and twin day bed in the living room.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.
**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.
Pets are not permitted in any of the Property Manager properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
