The main squares, Piazza Malvezzi and Piazza Matteotti, and Desenzano’s postcard-perfect harbour, Porto Vecchio are all less than a 10-minute walk. The closest beach is a 4-minute walk, and the ferry dock, where guests will find regular ferries to many of the historic towns around the lake, is a 10-minute walk.
For fresh local produce, visitors can head to Viale Giuseppe Anelli (a 12-minute walk), near the lakefront for the weekly produce market (Tuesday mornings).
