This outstanding custom-built home was a private residence at Reunion until this year when no expense was spared to make it the wonderful estate it is with 5,400 square feet of chic, air-conditioned design, grand décor, and fine furnishings.
Gleaming tile floors lead into the large common area where comfy leather couches, a flat-screen TV, wet bar, and fireplace welcome you to kick back. An open kitchen is ready for the home chef with stainless appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, a prep island, and convenient breakfast bar. In addition to a six-person table for more casual meals, an elegant 10-person table is perfect for those larger family dinners.
A lovely entertainment loft area is equipped with everyone’s favorite table games, including billiards and cards, and an XBOX console for the group’s avid gamers. The family can enjoy more quality time together in a tiered home theater that offers ideal cinematic entertainment with a large projection screen and ten leather recliners. The blacklight arcade-themed games room has a foosball and air hockey table, basketball shooting game, arcade racing game, and 2x X-Box One video game consoles for hours of fun and entertainment.
Bedrooms are luxurious. One champagne-colored master suite has a stunning en suite with a magnificent tub you’ll want to use every night to soak away your tired feet from the theme parks. There’s also a red and white double bunk-bed room with an homage to your favorite theme park friend--his face is carved out of the beds wood.
Amenities flourish throughout this property--even outside. This special home has one of the largest pool decks found within the resort with a spectacular pool and spa, and a wonderful summer kitchen and gathering area, making this the perfect home for gracious entertaining.
When you’re ready to explore the entirety of the exclusive 2,300-acre Reunion Resort, or to make that short trip to Disney--there’s a shuttle service to drive you to and from the theme parks or anywhere on the resort property.
The golfers in your group can hit the links at all three of Reunion’s epic PGA Championship courses, including the Nicklaus course. Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzis and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses.
Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides. Plus, grab a workout buddy and make time for the fully-equipped fitness center, six state-of-the-art “Hydro-Grid” tennis, bocce ball and volleyball courts, or opt for Yoga and Tai Chi classes, or a soothing treatment at the Reunion Spa.
When you want to dine out, you’ve got a choice of six top restaurants, from an upscale tavern and a sushi bar, to Reunion’s signature steak house.
