There is an ensuite bathroom which is equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub for flexibility and relaxation. Bedroom 2: This room includes another double-size bed for a luxurious night’s sleep. This bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom which is equipped with a shower. Bedroom 2: Perfect for friends or family, this room includes a double-size bed for a luxurious night’s sleep. There is a standalone bathroom, located just down the hallway, which features a shower, providing you with flexibility and comfort. Additional Amenities Include: - Uncapped Wifi: Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or staying in touch with loved ones. - Netflix: Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the 70inch Smart TV. - Washing Machine: Take advantage of the in-unit washing machine for added convenience during your stay. - Inverter: Rest easy knowing that scheduled power outages (load-shedding) should not disrupt your WiFi connectivity and usage of selected appliances. - Secure + Free Parking: Parking is a breeze with a garage with that can accommodate 2 small cars back to back. There is also ample streetside parking next to the property. Guest access: Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. Other things to note: We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. Please note that there is currently active construction in the surrounding area between 08:00 and 17:00, which some guests may find disruptive during daytime hours. We would also like to inform guests that the pool is currently undergoing repairs and may not be available during your stay. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
