Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- -Luggage Porter service – available only if prearranged in advance between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM - €100 upon arrival + €100 upon departure, to be paid in cash directly to the porter The cost includes transportation of guests' personal luggage only (no other items)
- -Heating – Metered and charged according to usage
- -Pets allowed upon request – €60 per week. (Pet Agreement to be signed)
- -Heating utility deposit – €300 per week (due upon arrival)

- -The listed price is for a maximum of 10 people using 5 bedrooms
- -All bedrooms are air-conditioned It is possible to slightly reheat the bedrooms, but this should not be considered full heating
- Guest Requirements and Arrival instructions
- -Name, Surname, Address Email and phone number of the person making the reservation
- -Copy of the ID/passport of each guest, including children must be provided at least one month prior to arrival
- -Check-in: Between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM
- Guests must contact the owner via WhatsApp 10 days before arrival to:
- -Confirm expected arrival time
- -Arrange meeting time with the porter
- -Confirm bedding configuration
- **IMPORTANT :Due to the villa’s special location:
- Late arrival (between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM) may be allowed upon request and owner's approval – extra fee: €70
- Pre-arrival grocery shopping is strongly recommended – instructions are included in the directions file
- Arrival between 16:30 and 19:00
- Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
