On the main level you will find the kitchen, dining area, primary living room with oversized sofa, guest bedroom and 2 sitting areas including one lakeside where you will take in the beautiful views of Lake Norman! Heading upstairs and you’ll find the primary with an oversized bathroom, a guest room and the bunk room that share the Jack n Jill bathroom. Step outside from the primary to the private balcony, ideal spot to grab a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy some quiet time in the evening! On the lower level - it is game time! Test your competitive spirit with a game of foos ball or try your luck with the stand-up arcade that includes all of the classics like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and many more! The outdoor amenities are amazing! During the day, take a swim off of your private dock or grab a Kayak/Paddleboard and head out to enjoy the lake! At night, relax by the covered exterior fireplace or head out to the lakeside firepit - the ideal spot for S’Mores!
