Casa Clara is nestled in the heart of a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. It is only a 10 minute walk away from Carvoeiro’s renowned ‘Restaurant Hill’. It is approached by a private driveway, with off road parking for a number of cars. Local family Golf courses, breath-taking cliff walks and spectacular beaches are all less than a mile away.
This stunning fully renovated villa has an inviting circular hallway, with a striking spiral staircase as its centrepiece. The modern open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area, is infused with light and beautifully decorated, in a fresh contemporary style. There is a wood burner stove, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a downstairs cloakroom and air conditioning units in the open plan area. There are two sets of double glazed Patio doors leading to covered entertaining areas, Jacuzzi and a heated pool (Extra cost of 200€ per week) and landscaped gardens.
The villa has three double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and fabulous en-suite shower rooms with U/F heating. There is a a bath in the main downstairs en-suite. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and opens onto a spacious terrace, affording good sea views and far reaching views of the Monchique Mountains. This is an ideal spot for Yoga/Pilates, sunbathing and sundowners!
The atmospheric Courtyard is neatly tucked away with a traditional BBQ. There is an external utility room and drying area fitted with a new washing machine. All doors and windows have been upgraded to the highest standards, and are equipped with individual electrically operated shutters. A new burglar alarm system has also been added for extra peace of mind.
