Nestled on the cliff facing the sea in the centre of Carvoeiro, the villa is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful spaces in which to enjoy the view of the sea.
Located in the bay of Carvoeiro, this recently converted villa truly is the ideal location. Although Casa Magnolia is in the centre, the location itself is actually very quiet. Originally constructed in 1874 and used by the "Elite" of that time. For decades later, it was used by the president of the local council as a holiday residence. The house has been transformed with modern décor yet retains original features such as wooden beams and porthole windows. There are three bedrooms, two with beautiful sea views and all have en suite bathrooms. The lounge area also has great views of the sea and opens to a fabulous fully fitted kitchen and dining area complete with SMEG appliances . There is also a service WC.
Patio doors lead to a courtyard patio with built in external kitchen, dining and BBQ area. A small flight of stairs take you to the garden and private heated swimming pool which is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. This is a perfect place to relax enjoying the sea view. At the front of the house is a further terrace with sofa and dining table. With air conditioning, pool heating and a fireplace, this house is perfect at any time of year.
