The self-catering holiday rental Casa Mar Azul is a modern and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor apartment on a quiet dead-end street perched on the hilltop overlooking the picturesque town of Carvoeiro with stunning views of the ocean. The beach as well as town centre with all the shops, restaurants and bars can be easily reached within 5 minute walking distance.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite as well as a built-in closet (with a safe inside), a separate desk and chair. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a built-in closet as well. There is a second full bathroom complete with jetted bathtub/shower combination, bidet and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens will be provided as well as a mid-week cleaning service.
The fully equipped open concept kitchen features a breakfast bar and views of the ocean. The amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffeemaker, citrus juicer, Espresso machine, French press, fridge/freezer, cooktop and oven. An ironing board, iron and clotherack are also available. Should you require highchairs or babycots please let us know and these can be provided for you.
There is also a large dining table and chairs and a comfortable living room with a flat screen satellite TV. Cards, board games and books are added for your entertainment as well as free WIFI.
The living room features sliding doors opening to the huge communal sun-terrace with sun loungers and swimming pool with separate childrens pool, from where you can enjoy breathtaking seaviews. An outdoor dining and lounge set as well as two private lounge chairs with sun umbrellas and beach towelsl are provided for you on the patio.
Two convient parking spots are allocated specifically for the apartment in the secure underground parkade. An air conditioning/heating system is also installed as well as electric shutters in front of all double glased windows.
There is a strict non-smoking policy and pets are also not allowed!
The house is equiped with a smoke detector.

Carvoeiro was once a small fishing village. It is now a popular tourist destination due to the beautiful beaches and stunning coastline line. There are many restaurants but the town has held on to the charm of its earlier years so is perfect for families and couples.
