Occupying an enviable position close to the Tivoli hotel but set back from the road, this villa is just a short walk to Carvoeiro. It is possible to walk to three beaches easily, Praia do Carvoeiro, Praia de Centeanes and Praia de Vale Covo. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and it well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline. Shops, restaurants and bars can also easily be accessed on foot.
On entrance to the villa there is a hallway decorated with attractive typical Algarvian tiles. This leads to the sitting area with double aspect patio doors which flood the area with light. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. The space is open plan with the interior dining area. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with door leading to an inner patio with external dining table and BBQ. There is also a laundry room. On the ground level there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering a shower over bath. This bedroom can be either a large double bed or twin beds offering maximum flexibility. There is a further double bedroom which has the use of a family bathroom with walk in shower. This also can be either a large double bed or twin beds.
There is a further large double bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Patio doors from this bedroom lead to an enclosed patio area with external shower and bath, a wonderful feature of the house. From the dining area, there is a lounge cinema room which has a door leading to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor to a double bedroom with patio doors leading to a private terrace with fabulous views. There is a bathroom with walk in shower.
The house is extremely spacious and has been furnished and decorated beautifully but the most impressive part of the house is the external space. The private heated swimming pool is 12x6 meters and has plenty of space for sun loungers. There is a built-in bar with drinks fridge and dishwasher and a wonderful lounge area with ceiling fans to keep cool on the summer nights. The focal point of this area is the fireplace. There is a further large built-in BBQ. Stairs lead to a further large terrace with more seating and a further fireplace for cooler evenings.
The house has plenty of storage and is fully air conditioned.
The villa is fully fenced, and entrance is through an electric gate to a spacious driveway with space for several vehicles. The garden is well maintained and has native fruit trees.
Overall this is a fantastic villa for larger groups. The multiple patios and terraces mean that there is always a quiet space to enjoy the sun or shade or to escape the family! It is beautifully furnished and the location means that you do not have to rely on a car. Pool heating is an additional 250€ per week.
