Occupying an enviable position in the heart of Carvoeiro, this modernised yet traditional house is a hidden gem! Carvoeiro is an ideal location for families and couples, offering many wonderful restaurants, small shops and bars. This area has some of the most photographed beaches in the Algarve with Benegil caves and praia do Marinha being a five minute drive from the house.
The seven hanging valleys walking trail is easy to access and gives the opportunity to see some of the amazing coastline the area has to offer. There are several excellent golf courses within a five minute drive. For the children, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are a fifteen minute drive. This house is located very centrally so a car is not necessary.
On entrance level there are three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a further family bathroom with walk in shower. Two have wonderful sea views from the windows. Stairs lead to the open plan living space comprising dining area, lounge and fully fitted modern kitchen. Large patio doors flood the area with light and open to a terrace running the length of the property. The views of the beach, town and sea are simply stunning.
Stairs lead to the expansive roof terrace with external dining area and BBQ with sun shade and a further seating area. The panoramic views from the terrace are breath-taking.
The property is extremely well furnished and modern but with traditional touches. The house is fully air conditioned and has heaters for the winter months.
