This fabulous two-storey townhouse commands an elevated position on the prestigious Vila Castelo traditional development. In less than ten minutes you can walk to the stunning Praia Grande beach which offers several excellent restaurants including Club Nau which hosts live music events throughout the year.
The beach also offers water sports. The centre of Ferragudo can also be reached on foot in under ten minutes and here you will find winding cobbled streets with traditional restaurants and small independent shops. You can watch the fisherman bring their fresh catch in on the boats and enjoy wonderful fresh fish cooked on an open fire in one of the several restaurants on the water front. Ferragudo is full of charm and character and close by there is the highly popular town of Carvoeiro, the marina of Portimão and historic Silves to discover. There is even a water taxi in the summer months to take you across to Praia da Rocha. For those that want to explore the Algarve coast line, Lagos and the natural beauty of Ponta da Piedade is less than a 40 minute drive away.
The townhouse is ideally placed, set just back from the road in a quiet location but close to all amenities. On entrance, there is a fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area. A south facing balcony with sea views leads from the lounge and has external dining area with awning to provide shade.
On the lower level there is a twin bedroom with a private north facing terrace, ideal for some morning sun. This bedroom has the use of a full bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and further terrace leading from patio doors, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.
Just a few steps away, the town-house enjoys access to the communal pool which has a snack bar, plenty of sun loungers and regular activities hosted by the condominium. A car is not necessary but if you need parking there is plenty of space with the apartments.
