Casa Thea is a three bedroomed semi-detached villa located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Carvoeiro but within a 10 to 15 minute walk of the village centre.
The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bath / shower rooms. The master has a king-sized bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite wet room. Bedroom two is a double with ample storage and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom three is set up with two single beds, built in wardrobe and is adjacent to a third shower room.
The lounge and dining area is spacious with internet smart TV, Wi-Fi hub, Bluetooth speaker, log burning stove, comfortable seating and dining table for six.
Through a good sized, fully fitted kitchen there is access to a courtyard with laundry room and staircase leading to a roof terrace with seating. The kitchen is equipped with built in electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a number of small electrical appliances such as Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender, toaster and iron.
Leading from the lounge, patio doors open up to the pool area which was extensively refurbished in Spring 2023. A new barbecue and outside dining area are protected by a modern pergola with adjustable roof. A comfortable seating area is located under a shaded veranda area. There is ample space around the pool for the sunbeds and umbrellas and there is also a new area of artificial grass.
A car is not essential as restaurants, bars and shops are within easy walking distance. However, those travelling with a car will appreciate off road, gated parking and sun protection of a carport.
Overall, this light and airy villa is in an excellent position and is very well furnished, perfect for families or couples.
