Located in a quiet road just a short drive from the centre of Carvoeiro, this renovated three-bedroom villa is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Praia do Marinha, the stunning Benagil caves and Carvoeiro are easily accessible within a five minute drive.
The villa has been recently restored to a high standard. The fully fitted kitchen is modern and bright and has built in double oven, wine fridge and dishwasher. The room is open plan with the dining area which benefits from large patio doors with views to the garden. There is an entrance WC.
Leading down the hallway from the kitchen is a further dining area with patio doors leading onto an inner courtyard with seating area and BBQ. From here the stairs lead onto the roof terrace with panoramic views of the countryside and sea.
The lounge area is spacious with patio doors leading directly to the pool and covered terrace. There is a large smart TV and high speed fibre optic internet connection. The master bedroom has large double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Leading from the other side of the lounge are two further bedrooms which share the use a family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. One of the bedrooms offers twin beds and the other has zip and link beds so can be arranged as twin or double.
All three bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool and garden area and have spacious built in wardrobes.
Externally there is a private driveway with space to park several vehicles leading up to the property with a covered car port.
The rear of the property offers a spacious outdoor entertainment area with a kidney shaped private swimming pool, approx. 12 x 5 meters, surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers. For an additional fee the pool can be heated.
There is a large dining table and chairs under a retractable awning providing shade for the summer days along with a separate sofa lounge set for relaxing and taking in the beautiful sea views.
The house is finished to a very high standard and has been very well furnished. It is welcoming, modern and benefits from plenty of natural light. There is pellet burning central heating for the winter months which complements the wood burning fireplace in the lounge. During the summer months, the air conditioning in each room keeps the house at a comfortable temperature. Pool heating is an additional 250€ per week
