The property features two main units and an independent guesthouse, totaling six bedrooms. The villa’s design incorporates natural materials and earthy tones, creating a relaxing ambiance. Each room provides direct access to outdoor areas, allowing for natural light and sea views throughout. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped gym, private infinity pool with jacuzzi jets, and multiple outdoor spaces for dining and lounging. The villa is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment, offering ample room for families or groups of friends to enjoy their stay. Guests will have full access to the villa, including its two units, independent guesthouse, and all amenities. The infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi, gym, private helipad, and various outdoor lounge areas are exclusively available to guests. The villa is equipped with three kitchens and offers private parking for up to five cars. A complimentary transfer service is provided from the airport or port. A private helipad is available for those wishing to explore the island or beyond by helicopter. Car rentals can be arranged for guests who prefer to drive, offering flexibility to explore Mykonos at their own pace. Daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, and a private security guard during the night are included in your stay. Additional services, such as a private chef, yacht charters, or VIP reservations, can be arranged upon request. The infinity pool can be heated for an additional charge.
