The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bright living room with kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. From every room you can enjoy the sea view. The nearest free beach is just a 3-minute walk away, while the towns of Borghetto Santo Spirito and Loano can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The living room is equipped with a dining area and TV, while the kitchenette is equipped to prepare simple meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed or kept as a relaxation area. Each room overlooks a small balcony with sea views and fresh air. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. Note: A road and a train line separate the apartment from the beach, so noise may be heard with the windows open. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi for your comfort. The apartment is managed by Property Manager, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax. The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details. Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing). The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
