Located within a small building with ample parking nearby, the apartment offers a perfect starting point to enjoy the beauty of Valsassina. It is situated on the first floor, with entry via a small external landing. Upon entering, you step into a small hallway that opens onto the left into the kitchen and living room, and to the right into the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and a bathroom. A terrace runs along the entire apartment, benefiting from excellent sunlight.
Other services provided to our guests include Wi-Fi, a TV, a dishwasher, and much more to discover. All furnishings have been modernized, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. The building is in the heart of the village, with shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities just steps away.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
