BUILDING MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY ARE ON SITE AND THEY CONSTANTLY PATROL. They will charge for any breaches of rules , ask you to leave immediately and there will be no booking refunds. By booking , you are accepting full responsibility for any and all charges that may result from any breach of policies and rules and authorise Property Manager to deduct payment from your credit card or channel account.
