Welcome to Land’s End 11-306, your perfect beachfront getaway! This bright and beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in a secure, gated community right on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. With fresh new furnishings, the spacious living room features a comfy couch and loveseat, flat-screen TV, and direct access to your private balcony—complete with seating and breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, flat-top stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—plus all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you’ll need to create your favorite meals while enjoying a stunning Gulf sunset. Dine comfortably at the table for four, or grab a casual bite at the kitchen counter.
The serene master suite includes a king-size bed, TV, balcony access, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, perfect for family or friends. A sofa pullout in the living room is available for extra sleeping options. Additional perks include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**
