Spa and Heated Pool Usage Policy
Spa Hours (free of charge): The spa is available to be heated each day from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM for no additional cost. You must request this amenity 3 days in advance of your reservation. For additional information on reserving the spa (including heating outside these hours), please reach out to the host directly. Additional charges may apply.
Pool (is not heated). If you would like the pool to be heated, there is an additional charge of $100/day. You must request this amenity 3 days in advance of your reservation to allow time to heat the pool. We will be unable to accept any requests to heat the pool after the deadline has passed
Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
Pack & Plays, highchairs, and air mattresses are available upon request for $40 each.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older / 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
