No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located within the main-level hallway bathroom of each residence, a complimentary starter set of laundry essentials is provided. Parking: Four tandem garage parking spaces are provided, with two in each garage. Mid-size or smaller vehicles are recommended, and SUVs may not fit. Garage door dimensions are 104 inches wide by 69 inches high. There is also an interior walk-through doorway from the subterranean garage into the lower condo level. Additional free street parking may be available throughout the neighborhood. YOUR SPACE: Guests will have exclusive and private access to both homes on this property. This includes all interior rooms, as well as the private outdoor spaces associated with each residence: the front decks, private rear decks, and front patios. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
