So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. - The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1. - We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone.
