Gulf Shores Plantation East is a family-friendly resort located on the beach down Fort Morgan Road. Located in Building 3, this second-floor condo is highly desired due to its private location and proximity to the boardwalk, beach, and pools.
Walk into an updated, beautiful condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the sleeper sofa or leather recliner and enjoy watching your favorite movie channels on the large flat-screen TV! Prepare meals in the updated kitchen fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes. The kitchen includes a custom floating island with additional storage and table seating for four. The primary bedroom has a Gulf view and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The condo is outfitted with Smart TVs and free wireless high-speed internet. Just bring your beach towels! The condo is conveniently located close to the laundry facility with new commercial machines and is credit card operated. While here, enjoy the onsite amenities including six indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, racquetball, a gym, volleyball, and horseshoe pits. If you are a golfer, walk over to Kiva Dunes or you are minutes away from Peninsula Golf Club. Fort Morgan Marina and several restaurants are nearby! You must be 25 years of age, or older, to rent. No parking of RVs, trailers, fifth wheels, four-wheelers, or watercraft on-site. You must leave the pool key in the condo upon departure. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

Gulf Shores Plantation is a family-friendly resort with 24-hour security. The complex boasts over 4,000 feet of private beach frontage. Gulf Shores Plantation is located next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and across the street from a boat launch on Mobile Bay. The resort was voted as one of the top family destinations by Southern Living Magazine readers and offers numerous amenities including 7 outdoor swimming pools (the east pool closest to us is heated), one year-round heated indoor swimming pool, umbrella and beach chair rental, jet ski, parasail and banana boat rental, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, fitness room, seven lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting green, laundry facilities, BBQ grills, picnic tables and swings. Sassy Bass Island Grill has a small satellite restaurant onsite so you can grab a cocktail or enjoy a meal while on vacation.
Gulf Shores Plantation is minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and offers thousands of feet of UNCROWDED private beach frontage. Make sure you walk the grounds and see everything this resort has to offer! While not on-site, enjoy the nearby restaurants, Fort Morgan, or take the ferry to Dauphin Island. If you want to leave the resort or Fort Morgan, The Hangout, Waterville and Pirate’s Island Aventure Golf are less than 15 miles away!
Guest Access:
Drive into the complex. There will be a guard at the gate. The complex currently does not charge for parking. You will need to show them your check-in information to get a parking slip and register with them! This condo is part of the Plantation East set of buildings which are to the left past the guard. Building 3 is the first building on the left. The nearest entrance to the unit is at the south end of the building as your drive-in. Max 2 vehicles. $35 per vehicle per stay. which must be purchased on an online app that is emailed to guests along with registration. All guests must fill out the registration form & purchase parking passes online before check-in. Give the registration form & proof of parking pass purchase to security guards and they will issue the parking passes. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Use the code provided for access. There is a pool access key in the unit and there is a $75 charge for the missing key.
