Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your OTA deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via OTA to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays over 10 nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee of £97.
