This unit doesn’t have central A/C: a portable AC unit is located in the living room, and fans are provided for personal cooling in the bedrooms. Sleeping Arrangements: One queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Building Amenities: Elevator access, fitness center, and a recreational lounge. Amenity access is limited to guests listed on the reservation. Check-In: Property Manager Downtown offers self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff.
