Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ~House Rules~. Feel at home and take care of our place as if it were your own. 1.Turn off lights when you are not using them. 2. Don't allow unverified people into the apartment. 3. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage if it occurs. 4. Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. 5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly forbidden if they have not been discussed in advance with the host. 6. Make sure all windows are closed before leaving. 7. Non-smoking apartment. In case of violation, a one-time penalty fee. 8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per 1 hour. 9. There are free outdoor parking lot and an underground garage on the premises. The parking spaces are not assigned to specific apartments and are not reserved. ADMISSION CONDITIONS 1. Bringing a pet to the apartment requires prior notification during the reservation process and approval from property staff. This is necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and to accommodate the technical conditions of the facility. 2. The property only accepts domestic pets. The property reserves the right to refuse admission to animals considered dangerous or aggressive, including reptiles, arachnids, and dog breeds listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 28, 2003, regarding breeds classified as aggressive. 3. Pet owners must have a valid vaccination record for their animal and present it upon request by the property staff. 4. Pets must remain under the supervision of their owner or an authorized person at all times. They must be walked in a manner that prevents them from escaping, damaging hotel property, or posing a risk to other guests and animals. Dogs must be kept on a leash and, at the explicit request of hotel staff, wear a muzzle. 5. Pets are only allowed in designated areas of the property. They are strictly prohibited from entering the restaurant and the Wellness area. NOISE AND DISTURBANCES 1. Pets must not disturb other property guests. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pet does not create excessive noise, especially at night. 2. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment. 3. If property staff determine that an unattended pet is causing disturbances, damaging apartment property, or posing a threat to itself or other guests, the property reserves the right to enter the guest’s apartment, including with the assistance of relevant authorities, and remove the pet from the premises.
