Each bedroom is quiet and private with the primary bedroom having a double his/her double ensuite bathroom. Convenient parking close to the front door for easy loading and unloading of beach gear, groceries, golf clubs, etc. Enjoy sunset BBQ dinners or sunrise breakfasts on your private lanai. Built in 1986-1987 to be the most luxurious condominium homes on Maui, these premier residences naturally have central air-conditioning, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, digital cable television, complimentary high-speed internet access, many with private lanais, and most have built in BBQ grills. All of the Wailea Point residences have ocean views, and several are direct oceanfront residences with breathtaking panoramic views stretching from Makena to the West Maui Mountains and beyond.
