The City of Scottsdale enforces stringent regulations on noise disturbances, which can result in fines and the potential delisting of this property from hosting platforms. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated. For the comfort of our neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to help maintain acceptable noise levels. Please note that this system does not record sounds or conversations; it only measures noise levels in decibels.
