Welcome to The Hensley on Hubbell, a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bath designer home in the heart of Scottsdale. Blending modern elegance with resort-style amenities, this retreat is perfect for families, couples, or groups seeking upscale comfort and effortless entertaining.
Inside, the open-concept living area is anchored by a chef-worthy kitchen, complete with a full GE Monogram appliance suite, quartz island with seating for five, and a dedicated coffee bar. A 10-person dining table with adjacent buffet bar invites memorable meals, while the living room offers a plush sectional, smart TV, and sleek electric fireplace.
Accommodations include two primary suites: one with a king bed and spa-inspired en-suite, and another with dual queens and its own full bath. A third suite with a king and a fourth with a queen ensure comfort for up to 10 guests, while three full bathrooms with walk-in showers provide plenty of space to refresh.

Please be advised that pool heating is available upon request at an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, requests and payments must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
This property strictly adheres to a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces stringent regulations on noise disturbances, which can result in fines and the potential delisting of this property from hosting platforms.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
For the comfort of our neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to help maintain acceptable noise levels. Please note that this system does not record sounds or conversations; it only measures noise levels in decibels.
