A third double bedroom occupies the top level, offering added privacy and comfort.
Lower Ground Floor (Separate Entrance)
Accessible from outside, the lower level includes a second kitchen, a laundry area, and an additional bathroom—ideal for extended stays or added convenience.
The owner, a lovely lady, occupies the further section of the villa, has her own entrance and your privacy will not be compromised.
Tourist Tax: the city tax has been recently implemented. IT will be applied from May 1st to November 30th, the cost is €1.50 per person or from December 1st to April 30th, the cost is 1€ per person, over the age of 14 and for a max number of 5 nights, to be collected on arrival.
