Welcome to Villa Salaria, a spacious and sophisticated residence designed to offer an ideal holiday getaway for both families and groups of friends. Its excellent location, just 1 km from the popular Dorada Beach in Playa Blanca, allows you to combine the peace of a private environment with the convenience of being close to the centre and the most outstanding beaches in the area. The villa has 5 bedrooms distributed in a functional way: two rooms with single beds and three with spacious double beds. On the first floor we have 2 rooms and on the floor below we have 3 rooms. For greater entertainment, there are four televisions: one in the main living room and the others distributed in some rooms. The property has three full bathrooms, 2 located on the first floor and 1 on the lower floor, all with shower trays, which guarantee comfort and privacy for all guests. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare everything from home-cooked meals to quick breakfasts. The property also has two spacious living rooms located one on each floor. In the outdoors, Villa Salaria offers a generous open-air space with garden furniture, sun loungers and a spectacular private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off under the Lanzarote sun. It is the ideal place to relax, sunbathe or enjoy outdoor dinners in a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi, washing machine, iron and cot available upon request. Bed linen and a set of towels per guest are included, as well as pool towels.
