"KANSI" - 15th Floor Penthouse with Jacuzzi & 60m2 Terrace

This amazing one-bedroom penthouse apartment of ours offers amazing views over the whole Tampere downtown and Lake Pyhäjärvi from the 15th floor of the building located right next to Tampere’s Nokia Arena. The apartment has its private 60m2 big rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi for you to use. The building is just next to all of the services of Tampere downtown, such as the best restaurant and shopping centers. The walking distance to railway and bus stations is only two minutes. The apartment is a 45m2 big one-bedroom apartment with a 60m2 big private rooftop terrace that includes your very own jacuzzi / hot tub. In the apartment bedroom there is sleeping space for 2 guests (one bed) and in the living room there is sleeping space for 2 guests as well (Murphy bed / fold-up bed). The bathroom has toilet, shower and washing machine included in the same space. Our guests have full access to the apartment and all of its rooms. The apartment is located in the very center of Tampere downtown next to Tampere’s Nokia Arena that hosts shows, hockey games and concerts, for instance. There is a casino downstairs of the apartment building as well as a high-quality taproom/sports bar. The walk to the most famous restaurants of the city takes only 3-5 minutes. Same applies also to the biggest shopping centers of the city (Ratina and Koskikeskus shopping centers). There is also multiple grocery stores close by. You can walk pretty much everywhere in the Tampere downtown from this apartment of ours. When arriving to Tampere, you’ll find the apartment only from few minutes walk away from the Tampere main railway station as well as the bus station. It is also easy to get a taxi from the apartment. Closest bus and tram lines go from two minutes walk away from the apartment building. There is a service free included in the apartment rental for using the apartment jacuzzi / hot tub. There is also a cleaning fee included in the rent. We ask however our guests to do a slight cleaning in the apartment before check-out that includes taking out the trashes and washing the dishes, for instance. Please also note that as a guest you are not allowed to host parties in this apartment as it is located in a residential building which has a house silence from 10pm (22:00) until 8am (8:00).
