Welcome to The Arsenal, a two-home retreat in the heart of Old Mount Pleasant—made up of a 3BR main house and a separate 2BR carriage house. Just a short drive from Sullivan’s Island beaches, Shem Creek’s dining scene, and historic downtown Charleston, this property is ideal for larger groups or multi-family getaways.
Both homes are new to the rental market, featuring fresh furnishings, curated decor, and fully equipped kitchens, living areas, washers/dryers, and private outdoor spaces.
The main house offers a cozy, sun-filled interior with hardwood floors, built-in bookshelves, and an eat-in kitchen overlooking the front yard. The carriage house features soaring ceilings, an airy open layout, and two king bedrooms.
Outside, enjoy two distinct patio areas—the main house’s spacious dining patio and the carriage house’s private side yard with lounge seating, grill, and dining table. Rented together, they provide the perfect blend of shared gathering spaces and private retreats in one of Charleston’s most charming neighborhoods.
Whether you’re exploring the coast, soaking in the food scene, or simply enjoying the breeze under the trees, The Arsenal is your laid-back Lowcountry home away from home.
