Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Guests staying less than 30 days must ensure all visitors are registered in advance. The building requires a 24-hour notice prior to the visitor's arrival for approval.
- For stays of 30 days or more, guests are welcome to invite visitors without restrictions.
- Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low during these times.
- Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a $200 USD fee.
- Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is permitted only on the balconies. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will incur a $300 USD cleaning fee.
