The home sleeps 12 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 living areas. On the main level you will find the open living/kitchen area with a fully stocked kitchen and Nespresso bar, large patio with covered/uncovered seating, swing, and a gas grill. The main level is also where bedroom #1 is located with a king size bed and a full bath and the living area has a gas fireplace with a queen pullout sofa. In the basement, you will find living area #2 with a queen pullout sofa, games including air hockey, arcade style pac man, foosball and more! The basement is also where bedroom #2 is and has a queen/queen bunk bed w/attached full bathroom. The top floor of the home is where the primary suite is situated and includes a king size bed w/ attached full jacuzzi bath, private enclosed patio and separate office nook. Outside you will find the brand new hot tub with winter mountain views, gas fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole boards. *Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day. Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.
