The home is fitted with luxurious furnishings and features indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, a 6 person spa, and a fully stocked chefs kitchen w/ complimentary coffee bar; all providing exactly whats needed to make great memories with the ones you love.

If you’re visiting during the fall season, you’ll be treated to stunning views as the landscape transforms with vibrant autumn colors. The scenery is truly breathtaking! Plus, you may have the chance to spot some local wildlife—especially the deer, which are a delight to watch as they roam through the area. It’s a peaceful and picturesque time of year, making your stay even more special.

The gated Coosawattee community features a river park w/ playground, 3 pools (1 heated indoor and 2 outdoor), fitness center, tennis, fishing, and walking trails. During season, you can also float the river with launch access in the community.
The home sleeps 4 people comfortably, but can sleep up to 6. Please see descriptions below.

*All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through OTA and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
*If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on the cleaning schedule for that day.
