EN8 - Our Enclave Dream is a spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhome that sleeps 9. It has incredible views and convenient mountain access. It’s a short 8-minute walk to Silver Lake Village with its lodge, lifts, restaurants, shopping, and the world renowned Stein Eriksen Hotel and Spa. It is no secret why Deer Valley has been named #1 or #2 ski resort in North America by readers of Ski Magazine! We hope you will enjoy our mid- mountain home and Deer Valley as much as we do. After a day on the mountain, you’ll want to relax in the hot tub, then whip up a meal in this well stocked kitchen that focuses on the love of food and cooking. You can socialize with your friends and family as they gather around the granite bar with seating for five. Payment and cancellation policies outlined in the description do not apply to HVMB guests. Open to the kitchen is the great room and dining area with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and large windows capturing spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and ski runs. Comfortable sofas and oversized leather wing back chairs surround the wood burning stone fireplace and large flat screen TV. The large round dining table offers seating for nine and sweeping views. Also on this upper level, is a full guest bathroom with shower and a high power portable style AC unit. The three bedrooms have no AC and are on the lower level, which generally stays cool. Guests will enjoy the large HD flat screen TV with surround sound in the great room, a flat screen TV in each bedroom, and free high speed wireless internet. Master Bedroom One enjoys expansive mountain views from the King bed and dual sinks in the attached bath. The large hot tub is just a few steps off the master bedroom and offers amazing views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains. The second master bedroom also boasts a King bed, views and an attached bathroom with a designer sink and a shower. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk and a private bath. Additional guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. TRANSPORTATION: Hop on Park City’s free shuttle service and it’s only a short ride to Old Town (Main Street), Snow Park Lodge, the St. Regis, the Montage, or Park City or the Canyons ski resorts. SKI ACCESS: A 5-minute walk to the Silver Lake Express ski lift. PAYMENTS: We collect 50% of the reservation total 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.
