Please note: all bedrooms and full bathrooms require stairs, and there is no elevator. The main living space is on the first floor, but all sleeping and showering quarters are upstairs. All stairs are to modern building codes, as this home was just built in 2025! Entry & Parking Arrival is easy: guests can park in the private garage and enter through the backyard patio (past the hot tub!), or use free permitted street parking and come through the front door. Main Floor Step inside to an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy living area, and large Roku TV for movie nights or game-day watching. A powder room and a stash of hot tub towels sit just off the rear entry—perfect for quick changes or cleanup. It’s the heart of the home and the hub for hanging out.
