This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for families, small groups, and special gatherings, offering elevated southerly views and over a mile of sugar sand beach with a hard sand bottom for exceptional swimming. Relax in the bright, open living space with soaring cathedral ceilings and Brazilian walnut hardwood floors, or enjoy the bonus sleeping area on the lower level for extra guests. Step onto the elevated deck for panoramic views, soak in the hot tub, or stroll along the charming walkway to the beach. Nestled in a wooded setting with 142 feet of private frontage, Northwoods Beach House is the perfect blend of elegance and nature, creating a vacation experience like no other. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Air Conditioning: NO A/C. The moderate temperatures in the area and unique construction of this home have made air conditioning unnecessary. There is a nice breeze off the lake and ceiling fans. Cable: Not traditional cable but does have Smart TV’s with streaming capabilities. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city. Fireplace: Yes, Wood burning stove available for use Fire-pit: Yes, there is a firepit by the beach and firewood is provided Fishing: Nearby Indian Lake is great for fishing!
