The Villa comprises two units, with a vast garden and pool area facing the Sea. The decoration is modern with elegance and an artistic touch.
The front side of all units offers wide expanses of sea and sky, and the front side terraces open to an environment including olive groves, local plants, and trees.
Property with a total surface area of three hundred and twenty square meters (320 square meters), which includes an independent residence, with a surface area of two hundred and thirty-five square meters (235 square meters), a guest house with a surface area of approximately eighty-five square meters (85 sq.m.), an outdoor swimming pool measuring 4.10m x 12.50m, covered parking of 67 sq.m., a warehouse of 23 sq.m. and surrounding areas of four hundred and thirty-four square meters (434 sq.m.).
The property consists of:
1. A ground floor, which includes a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room, and a guest WC, TV, and air conditioning included in the space, and three rooms, each of which includes a private bathroom, double beds, air conditioning and access to the rooftop area
