Casa Vista is a spacious and modern villa on Brac Island, Croatia, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Coast. This two-storey, traditional stone villa can accommodate up to twelve guests, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a dining space for ten, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch appliances, including a coffee maker.
The villa has six ensuite bedrooms, arranged in three sets of two, with a mix of king-size and twin beds. Some rooms have balconies with views of the sea or garden. Outdoor spaces include beautifully maintained gardens, a sun deck, and a 40-square-meter heated infinity pool, complete with cushioned sun loungers and parasols. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
