Escape to light and sunshine in this impressive two-story villa in a quiet condominium with a large communal pool area. Ferragudo is one of the Algarve’s secret gems. Its peaceful and old-world charm, stunning beaches and breathtaking cliff-tops make it the ideal Portuguese getaway.
Casa Martan is a well-appointed, modern villa located close to the picturesque fishing harbour of Ferragudo. It is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the closest beaches and little traditional shops.
Three en-suite bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests in two queen-sized beds and 2 single beds - all extra length. Each bedroom features ample cupboard space and direct access to either terraces or the garden. The spacious living area is surrounded by sliding glass doors on three sides. It is open-plan with a stunning dining table for six, comfortable couch and work station.
The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 fridges, a free-standing hob, oven, microwave, air-fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The enclosed garden features large wooden deck, tables, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue - a perfect setting for al fresco dining. The villa also offers private parking for one car.
Additional amenities include unlimited high-speed fiber internet access, Wi-Fi, smart and cable TV, and reversible air-conditioning. The jacuzzi is available between April/October at no extra charge.
