This cozy house located on Pawleys Island in the Birds Nest area is just steps from the beach. The home features four spacious bedrooms, each offering one King bed and boasting modern décor and furniture. This house is great for a multi-generational family looking for space and privacy.
Downstairs features a private guest suite with a full bath, 2nd kitchen, and private entrance. The top floor features a wonderful kitchen with plenty of counter space, storage, and great appliances. The dining/living room combination is bright and wonderfully decorated with a spacious dining table that will easily accommodate the entire family.
This house features two full-size refrigerators and stoves, one outside enclosed hot/cold shower with dressing room, foot bath, gas grill, cable TV, Free Wifi, two open porches and is just steps from the beach.
