This charming terraced house with its private pool enjoys a very nice and quiet location in the beautiful, lively little town of Carvoeiro situated just on the sea. The Casa Alegre boasts an amazing rooftop towards the ocean to enjoy your morning tea or coffee as well as fabulous sunsets. The closest beach of Vale do Centianes is in walking distance and the 9-hole golf course of Vale do Milho is just outside the front door.
This two-bedroom property with touches of nice decoration offers a very cosy, bright and relaxing atmosphere for your vacation. On the first floor, it presents a fully equipped kitchen, a nice dining room, and a comfortable lounge area with an extra guest toilet. From the dining room and the lounge area, you will find direct access by large bay windows to a nice covered terrace furnished to enjoy meals outside. From here you will find the stairs both to the rooftop as well as to the pool terrace. The house is equipped with high-speed internet to keep in touch and air conditioning in both the living room area as well as in the bedrooms.
