Built in 1945 and fully renovated, it consists of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace and Roof Garden with barbecue and Jacuzzi. The village of Lefkogeia, ideal for holidays attracts hundreds of tourists every year because of its location, you can reach in a few minutes the most famous beaches of southern Rethymnon (Preveli, Skinaria, Ammoudi, Damnoni, Kalypso, Plakias, Souda). In Lefkogeia you will find traditional cafes and traditional taverns, a playground and a Super Market. At a distance of 3,5 km. is Plakias where you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, pharmacies, super market and many shops. You can do activities such as horse riding, diving, water sports and hiking in the mountains. Explore the surrounding villages (Myrthios, Mariou, Sellia, Asoma ) the gorge of Kourtaliotis and Kotsifos. Visit the monastery of Preveli and the lake where you can also go by boat.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
