This splendid three-story villa is snowbird-friendly and is the perfect place to bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Rockport! Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, and a bayfront pier. Make use of two 13-foot tandem kayaks (must remain at the pier; four adult life vests are provided), four fishing poles, boogie boards, lawn games, and beach and pool toys.
This bayfront beauty features a welcoming open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Spread out comfortably in the living area, detailed with a 75-inch smart TV. Peruse a variety of card and board games to keep your crew entertained. Need some quiet time? Kids and adults can grab a book from the library nook and let their imagination run free. The modern kitchen is beautiful and includes stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. Wake up and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a hot cup of coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. There is a bar station with a bar kit and everything you need to wind down or relax. Gather for meals indoors or at the outdoor dining area on the patio facing the bay.
Three comfortable bedrooms are on the second floor, equipped with all the essentials for a good night’s sleep. Don’t forget to stop and take in the beautiful wall art displayed throughout this villa. The primary suite boasts an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the bay. The third floor hosts an inviting lofted area that is additional sleeping space. Extra bedding and pillows can be found in each bedroom.
This is a bird watcher’s dream. You can also catch a glimpse of the beautiful dolphins swimming in the morning. This home away from home boasts a great location near Goose Island State Park and other fantastic attractions, including The Big Tree, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, fishing charters, Fulton Fishing Pier, downtown Rockport, Rockport Beach, and Rockport Beach Breakwater Pier.
Things to Know
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
