Suspended between the green and gentle Tuscan hills and the blue sky, the Villa is a marvelous dwelling of about 250 square meters which consists of a large kitchen, a comfortable living area, three double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds, five bathrooms in all, a private swimming pool at your complete disposal, an outdoor patio that also awaits you for tasty outdoor dining and a large garden. Equipped with all the comforts, the villa has all air-conditioned rooms served by wifi.
On foot you can reach the Teatro Del Silenzio where important events are held with international artists in the summer, including the tenor Andrea Bocelli. Not far from here the town of Lajatico which gave birth to the master. Not far from that of Volterra and other cities of art such as Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Florence.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
