Superbly located 3 bedroom apartment only minutes from the Place Central and 5 minutes walk to the Medran lift station. This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment has been lovingly renovated to an extremely high standard and most of the fixtures and furnishings are antiques. The hand made clay floor tiles in the hallway and the kitchen have underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully fitted and all appliances are top of the range.
The kitchen leads naturally onto a dining area that comfortably seats 6, then onto the lounge area with its large welcoming sofas which can accommodate 12 adults. The apartment also has a working open fireplace that is made from local hearth stone. The dining/lounge area opens onto a large L-shaped balcony with excellent views in all directions and comes with dining table, 6 chairs and 2 reclining chairs.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
